I had my graduation today.

Well, basically I have passed my final exams and became a doctor (this still feels surreal) in February, just the ceremony was held in December. This is not the university official convocation but this is good enough I guess.
No, my parents are not coming if that you are asking.
It's okay, I sort of expected it and okay with the fact. I know there are many others thing to be settled and even more important than this. I don't want them to just waste money for passport, visa, flight tickets just to come here.

Tapi bila teringat yang tu kali terakhir beraya di India rasa sedih pulak.

No, I am not being ungrateful. I am just missing the minor details in my life. I will definitely miss celebrating Eid in India. Alhamdulillah for the opportunity to celebrate raya away from home. That reminds me the real meaning of raya--Aidilfitri or Aidiladha.

I will surely miss our solat raya at rooftop, jemaah kecik untuk solat raya, imam baca khutbah dari tablet saja. Sebab sikit je orang, maka dapatlah bersalam, mintak maaf dengan semua. Raya kami mudah saja. Malam raya semua sibuk masak ikut tugasan masing-masing, esok berkumpul, solat raya, makan-makan--tadaaaa! dah habis raya.

Oh rindu!

Teringat pulak raya tahun kedua, malam hari raya pertama pergi tengok circus for the first time in my life. Weird way to celebrate raya but I guess that is enough. I am happy.
